APPROVED RETURNS

All returns must be authorized before you ship them.  Once a return request has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your merchandise.  Authorized returns must be shipped to us within seven (7) calendar days.

Please contact customer service at customerservice@g2kgames.net. Be sure to include your order number, contact information and a description as to why you're requesting the return.

Please do not return merchandise purchased on our web store (www.g2kgames.net) to any of our retail stores without prior approval.

We will not issue refunds or return ship items to you that do not meet our REFUND POLICY guidelines.

REFUND POLICY NEW VIDEO GAMES AND ACCESSORIES

New video games and accessories may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days if the package is unopened and in sell-able condition.  If the item has a Manufacturers Defect we will be glad to replace it with the same item or a similar substitute. The original packing list is required for all returns and exchanges.  Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems, computer hardware and accessories after 30 days.

We do NOT accept returns on the following:

Any product(s) returned 30 days after the purchase date.
Any product(s) that have been opened.
Any product(s) not in their original condition.
Any product(s) that is damaged, played or missing parts.
Any product(s) returned without the original packing list.

MAGIC THE GATHERING SINGLES

Requests for returns on Magic the Gathering Singles are handled on a case-by-case basis.  If you have an issue please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.  G2K Games Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return.

TABLETOP GAMES

Board Games, Card Games, Miniature Games and all other new tabletop games may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days if the package is unopened and in sellable condition.  If the item has a Manufacturers Defect we will be glad to replace it with the same item. The original packing list is required for all returns and exchanges.  Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply.

APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES

Apparel may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days if the merchandise has not been worn and is in sellable condition.  Apparel returns will be refused if there are any visible signs of wear or use.

TOYS AND COLLECTIBLES

Toys and Collectibles may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days if the package is unopened and in sellable condition.  If the item has a Manufacturers Defect we will be glad to replace it with the same item. The original packing list is required for all returns and exchanges.  Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION


Merchandise purchased at any of our retail store locations must be returned to one of our stores to ensure you receive proper credit.

Refunds are issued in the original payment type.

We reserve the right to refuse any return and to require that certain items be returned directly to the manufacturer.
