SELLING HELP
Selling us your used games is easy. There is no need to create an account and no passwords to remember. Get Cash for your Games without the hassle.
Begin selling your games by using our Search-2-Sell system.
Enter the title or keyword of the game you wish to sell in the search field and either press go or hit enter on your keyboard.
The system will display a list of titles.
Select your game and enter the number of copies you wish to sell in the Qty box, then press the Add button.
The title selected will be added to your seller's cart.
Keep searching until you have selected all of the titles you want to sell.
Your Seller's Cart will display all of the games you have selected to sell to us for cash. You will also see the selling price for those games, your shipping credit (if any) and the total price of all the games in the cart. You may delete any of the games listed or you may choose to sell additional games. When you've finished adding all the games you want to sell, press the "Cash Out Now" button.
At this point you can choose to do one of three things.
- You may delete any of the titles listed by checking the Remove box and pressing the UPDATE CART button..
- You may choose to sell additional items by using the Search-2-Sell system..
- If you're finished making changes to your Seller's Cart press the CASH OUT NOW button.
Please review your order information prior to pressing the CASH OUT NOW button. You will not be able to make changes to the games you are selling once you press the button.
You will then be routed to our secure server where you will complete the order.
Before you can sell your games and CASH OUT you must complete the customer information form. Please take the time to read our PRIVACY POLICY and QUALITY REQUIREMENTS.
If you are not at least 18 years of age you will not be able to complete the transaction. Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the form and review the transaction.
Once you have completed the form and answered all of the questions please press the COMPLETE ORDER button at the bottom of the screen.
Please review your personal information and check for any mistakes.
If there is a problem press the EDIT PERSONAL INFO button to make a correction. The Sale Summary Page will display the following:
- Your personal information.
- Your order number and the date and time the order was placed.
- Each item that you have selected to sell, including the price.
- The total selling price of all the items to be sold.
- Your shipping and insurance credit (Customers who sell $25 or more are entitled to a shipping and insurance credit).
- The total Cash that you will receive after your order arrives and is processed.
Invoice/Packing-List
Please print two copies of the Invoice/Packing-List.
Keep one for your records.
Read the Conditions of Sale prior to shipping your package.
One copy of the Invoice/Packing-List must be included in your package along with the games that you're selling.
Print the shipping label and attach to the outside of the box.
- We require that customers purchase insurance for their shipment. G2K Games, Inc. is not responsible for packages that either do not reach us or that reach us and are damaged.
- We will provide a shipping and insurance credit (According to our shipping credit schedule) for orders totaling more than $25.
- You must Include your Invoice/Packing-List.
- Attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Prices quoted are only good for 2 weeks from the time the Invoice/Packing-List is printed, so please ship your games promptly.
- Verify that the games you are shipping match the games indicated on the Invoice/Packing-List.
Choose a box with enough room for cushioning material around the contents. If you are reusing a box, cover all previous labels and markings with heavy black marker or adhesive labels.
Place the cushioning all around your items. Close and shake the box to see whether you have enough cushioning. Add more newspaper, styrofoam or bubble wrap if you hear items shifting.
Tape the opening of your box and reinforce all seams with 2" wide tape. Use clear or brown packaging tape, reinforced packing tape or paper tape. Do not use cord, string or twine because they get caught in mail processing equipment.
Insurance purchased at the Post Office provides up to $5,000 indemnity coverage for a lost, rifled, or damaged article. You are required to complete an insurance form at the Post Office. You may also purchase insurance online at www.usps.com..
If your insured mailing, whether purchased online or at a Post Office, has been lost or damaged in transit you can recover the value of your articles by filing an insurance claim at any Post Office. Please contact us if we have not received your package within 30 days and we will provide you with a letter stating that we did not receive the package. This statement must be attached to your claim. For complete details on insuring your package please visit your local Post Office or www.usps.com.
If you do not purchase insurance, G2K Games, Inc. is not responsible for nor will we compensate for the loss of items shipped via the Post Office or other shippers.
If any of the items you ship to us fail to meet our quality standards we will return them to you for a $5 handling fee plus USPS shipping costs or we will dispose of the items. You must select either to have the items returned to you or disposed of by us when completing your personal information.
Customer who sell more than $25 worth of merchandise will be eligible for a shipping and insurance credit.
The shipping and insurance credit for games will be determined by using the USPS Media Mail (Book Rate) chart.
An additional shipping and insurance credit for larger items (game consoles, handhelds) has been added to their selling price. This additional credit is determined using the USPS (Parcel Post) chart

Seller agrees that the laws of the state of Virginia will govern the Conditions of Sale detailed in the Invoice/Packing-Slip and any dispute that may arise between the seller and G2K Games, Inc. The complete Conditions of Sale will appear on your Packing List/Invoice.
Once we receive your package, we will process it within (2) business days.
After your order has been processed you will receive your payment within 10 business days.
You may choose payment by check (sent via U.S. Mail) or via PayPal.
You must be at least 18 years of age to sell merchandise to G2K Games, Inc. Customers who are not 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian complete the transaction.
We require that you provide us with a valid drivers license or state issued ID number.
Prices quoted are only good for 2 weeks from the time the Invoice/Packing-List is printed. Please ship your games promptly. Games received outside of this shipping window will be subject to current pricing.
